This body butter contains magnesium, shea butter, mango butter, arnica infused grapeseed oil and lavender essential oil. Transdermal magnesium may help with better sleep, reduced muscle aches, and cramping, and pain. It can also help with eczema and psoriasis!

I've had terrible leg cramps for years while sleeping. I read that magnesium can help. I put this cream on my feet and legs before bed, and it has totally eliminated my leg cramps. I sleep like a baby. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!
so i get really bad leg cramps sometimes, and the pain can be a bit overwhelming. of course they came about last night right when i’m getting ready for bed..but i put on some of the magnesium butter, and it was like actually magical how well it worked to ease the cramping!! definitely will be recommending it to everyone i know!!
